Terms & Conditions
We regret that pets are not allowed.
No.4 is a strictly non smoking property.
All bed linen, towels, electricity and WIFI broadband are included within the price.
Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days pending receipt of £100 deposit, which will be banked. If this is not received we reserve the right to re-offer the property.
Payments can be made by PayPal, cheque in GBP or bank transfer Please note that for bank transfers from outside the UK there will be a small additional charge of £20.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Please make a note of the due date as no reminder will be sent. Failure to pay the balance when due will constitute a cancellation of your holiday and forfeiture of your deposit. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival the total amount is payable on booking.
Guests may collect the keys after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. For short breaks the same arrival/departure times apply.
The contract of hire is between the hirer and the property owner A.Power. A contract is deemed to be made when a confirmation of booking is issued. The hirer must not sublet or share the accommodation except with persons named on the booking form and must not exceed the number of occupiers on the booking. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without refund if the number of occupiers is exceeded and (at our discretion) to make additional charge.
All furniture, furnishings & equipment to be kept on site. For ease of housekeeping please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, clean, all rubbish removed and the furniture in its original place.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, please do check out our full access statement to ensure the property is suitable
You will be responsible for any cost of any breakages, losses or damage done to the property and its contents by yourselves or your guests during your stay. Please advise us immediately of breakage or damage during the letting period so that we can remedy them before our next guests arrive.
Cancellations
When you book a holiday home you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable. Any cancellation should be made in writing. Every attempt will be made to re-let the property and if this is successful either in total or part, then a refund or part refund will be made.
If re-letting is unsuccessful, then unfortunately all monies paid will be forfeit.
